Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. After your order has been processed you will be contacted to arrange delivery regarding your order.
Local Delivery:
Free local delivery is available for all furniture within 100km.
Deliveries are made from our warehouse on available days. We will contact you via phone with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of the day of our arrival.
Instore Pickup:
Local pickup Is Available at 307 High Street. After placing your order and selecting pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days if your item is in stock. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8:30-5:30 Monday - Friday & 9:00 - 5:00 Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Delivery:
We do not currently ship internationally.
Tracking your order:
As we have our own delivery drivers we do not offer tracking numbers on our local deliveries. If you would like an update or have any questions regarding your order please contact us at info@dimocks.co.nz or 06 278 8080.
Damaged Items:
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@dimocks.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
